Next, costs are estimated, a time table for construction is established, and finishes are selected. During construction, regular communication is maintained to ensure we meet your every expectation. And even after you move into your new home, we are there to ensure your satisfaction through our warranty service program.

We also offer plan design and construction to meet today’s need for more energy efficient and environmentally friendly homes. Through Earth Craft certification and Energy Star designation you will benefit from lower energy costs today and in the future. You may also benefit from the Federal government’s offer of a tax credit for constructing an energy efficient home.
