The purpose of this letter is to let you know how much we enjoyed having our home built at Hammond's Ferry by our builder, Mr. David Blair. In our years, we have dealt with other builders, but none as competent, helpful, professional and personable as David.

We were looking for a home that had a more open design, with high ceilings and a pretty interior. The house we bought from David Blair had all that and more. The large crown moulding, the moulding over the doors, the decorative pillars around the dining room, the master bedroom with a tray ceiling and large bathroom and closet - everything was very attractive and well built.
